DSC_0467This week, I’ve been mostly eating more food for sofa athletes:

A summer vegetable hotpot with a variety of sausages, and thanks to our Swiss Chard, the most productive plant in the garden this year.

Sea Bass Muellerin, served with steamed Portuguese potatoes. T’is lovely!

A rich and nicely vertically layered rather spicy Moussaka, served with a cooling cucumber and radish salad. A spicy and savoury main course, and that salad – ‘nuff to send me to heaven, any time.

Several meals of nothing in particular, cold sandwiches, or eating out at the local Thai Cafe or Nepalese restaurant, on account of our Olympic business.
